MONROE COUNTY, Ga. — A 3-year-old in Monroe County was flown to Atlanta on Wednesday after they were pinned between two vehicles, according to a release from the sheriff’s office.
The sheriff’s office said that the child’s father was working on a vehicle at their home in the Shady Road area around 4:00 p.m. The child’s mother attempted to start the vehicle, causing it to jerk forward and pin the child between the vehicles.
The sheriff’s office did not provide any details about the injuries to the child, but said they were flown to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for treatment…
