BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. — Barry Morphew was arrested by the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office Thursday night.
According to jail logs, Morphew was booked into the jail at about 12:24 a.m. Friday morning on a failure-to-comply charge for an outside agency.
