Healthcare giant buys 44 acres in Parker

PARKER, Colo. — A regional healthcare provider has purchased 44 acres adjacent to one of its hospitals in a suburb south of Denver, ensuring it has space to expand as the area grows.

AdventHealth spent $16.5 million on vacant land at the northwest corner of the Crown Crest Boulevard and East Pine Lane intersection in Parker, a special warranty deed filed in Douglas County shows. The seller of the property was listed as Bowey Family Partnership LLLP.
