BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A fire burning along Highway 99, just south of the Highway 65 off-ramp, is causing traffic problems and drawing a response from fire crews and law enforcement.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fire was first reported just before 2:10 p.m. Authorities say a man may have started the fire along the roadway.
