The St. Gabriel Police Department is working to extradite an Ames, Iowa, man known for playing Santa on charges that he laundered money from an Iberville Parish woman.
David Gruelich, known in his hometown as “Santa Ames,” was arrested in Ames on charges of identity theft, fraud and money laundering.
