Missing mother, 10-year-old daughter reportedly seen with Montgomery County fugitive who used aliases in Louisiana

  • A Montgomery County man accused of sexually abusing a child for years and fleeing Texas twice is now connected to the search for a missing Louisiana mother and her 10-year-old daughter.

A Montgomery County man accused of sexually abusing a child for years and fleeing Texas twice using multiple aliases has now been connected to the search for a Louisiana mother and her 10-year-old daughter who have been missing for months.

Danielle Escue Lea, 39, and her daughter, Alayna Lea, 10, are from East Feliciana Parish. The St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office said the two were reported missing out of Baton Rouge on July 28.

Investigators said Danielle and Alayna were seen in the Butte La Rose area in late April and possibly into May. Authorities said they were in reportedly the company of 42-year-old James Michael Nona, of Montgomery County, before his arrest in Texas on unrelated charges…
