Man arrested on felony video voyeurism charge at Mall of Louisiana

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – The Baton Rouge Police Department arrested a man accused of secretly recording women at the Mall of Louisiana, according to an arrest affidavit.

Tyler Washington, 25, was arrested Aug. 26 and booked on one count of felony video voyeurism, records show.

According to the affidavit, a woman contacted mall security after she said she saw Washington recording women and their buttocks inside Sephora without their knowledge.

Mall security tracked Washington on surveillance cameras and found him inside Buckle, where officers detained him, the affidavit states. Washington was later issued a five-year ban from the Mall of Louisiana…
