Baton Rouge groomer faces animal cruelty charges after video surfaces

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The owner of a dog salon in Baton Rouge is facing animal cruelty charges after a video surfaced showing the dog continuously being sprayed with water while inside a grooming station.

The dog is a 4-year-old poodle named Jada. Her owner is Janice Toston.
