PELL CITY, Ala. (WBRC) – Crews in east Alabama are working to repair roads torn up by storms and heavy rain this week. One road in Pell City closed because of a big pothole.
Charity Mitcham is the deputy director at the St. Clair County Emergency Management Agency (EMA). She says when you come out of a drought into heavy flooding, something has to give.
