BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBMA) — A Pinson man was charged in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred Saturday afternoon on West Valley Avenue, according to the Birmingham Police Department.
Police announced that 36-year-old Magdaleno Mendoza Jr. of Pinson has been arrested and charged with provocation manslaughter in the death of 34-year-old Jorge Fonseca of Birmingham.
