The Jefferson County International Baccalaureate School (JCIB) recently opened, marking the first time students at the Pleasant Grove campus (grades 6–9) and Irondale campus (9–12) are learning in the same building. The school offers a challenging curriculum to middle and high school students to help prepare them for college.
