Commissioner Krystal Patterson turns Senior Citizens Day into practical financial support, $250 in direct financial relief

Tamarac, Florida – For seniors living on a fixed income, an unexpected bill can quickly become more than an inconvenience. A relatively small expense may force difficult choices between household needs, transportation and other essentials.

Commissioner Krystal Patterson is marking National Senior Citizens Day with a program designed to offer direct help. The new District 3 Senior Relief Program will provide eligible older residents experiencing financial hardship with assistance of up to $250 per household.
