BOSTON — A Worcester man who worked full-time as a Transportation Security Administration officer at Boston Logan International Airport was sentenced in federal court in Boston for fraudulently collecting more than $47,000 in Pandemic Unemployment Assistance benefits.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, Ismael Rosado Jr., 40, was sentenced on Thursday, May 21, 2026, by U.S. Senior District Court Judge Patti B. Saris to three years’ probation and ordered to pay $47,526 in restitution. Federal prosecutors had recommended that Rosado be sentenced to four months in prison followed by one year of supervised release.
