ALBANY, NY — A construction superintendent turned himself in to authorities after allegedly downloading child sexual exploitation videos from a device he was supposed to report to police.
Hernando Lamela, 53, of White Plains, New York, was arrested April 17 on a charge of possessing a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony.
