A tense confrontation between police officers and a Harlem food truck owner is going viral after a video showed community members rallying around the Black woman business owner as authorities attempted to tow her vehicle.
The incident, filmed by Rhaki Robinson and shared on Instagram by Boobie Smooth Groundwork on Instagram (@boobiesmoothgroundwork), captured emotional scenes outside the woman’s truck as activists and residents accused officers of unfairly targeting a longtime local Black entrepreneur.
