The affordable housing lottery has launched for Las Raices Apartments, a collection of newly constructed residences at 303 East 102nd Street, 338 East 117th Street, 505 East 118th Street, and 101 East 122nd Street in East Harlem, Manhattan. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 65 units for residents at 40 to 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $30,823 to $160,720.
Amenities include on-site laundry rooms, elevators, secure lobbies, and dedicated bike storage. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove.
At 40 percent of the AMI, there are three studios with a monthly rent of $788 for incomes ranging from $30,823 to $51,840; eight one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $996 for incomes ranging from $38,469 to $58,320; and four two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,178 for incomes ranging from $46,115 to $70,000…
