STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Authorities allege that an off-duty NYPD detective grabbed a woman by the hair and pulled her to the ground in a domestic incident on Staten Island’s South Shore.
Daniel Magrino, 36, was arrested around 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 5, in the 123rd Precinct, the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information wrote in a statement.
