Man pleads guilty to attacking USPS worker

BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man has pleaded guilty to attacking a mail carrier last September.

U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo says that 34-year-old Jacob Ortiz of Buffalo pleaded guilty to assaulting a federal employee resulting in bodily injury. He now faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and a $250K fine.
