INDIANAPOLIS — A teen was apprehended after a reported crash involving an officer with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department on the city’s near southeast side Friday morning.
At around 6:12 a.m. on Friday, an IMPD officer was reportedly involved in a crash at the intersection of East Palmer Street and Dawson Street.
The driver of the striking vehicle, identified by IMPD as a teenager, reportedly fled from the intersection on foot and was later apprehended by officers.
