INDIANAPOLIS — A person was critically injured in a shooting a shooting at a Castleton restaurant on Sunday night.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers were called to 8407 Castleton Corner Drive around 8:40 p.m. to investigate a shooting. When police arrived at the scene, they located an adult male victim with injuries consistent with gunshot wounds.
IMPD reported that the victim was transported from the scene to a local hospital in critical condition after the shooting. When police checked on the victim’s status, hospital staff indicated that he was still in critical condition. As of 9:30 p.m., no additional updates on the victim’s condition had been provided.
