Large police presence, SWAT officers in Cincinnati neighborhood
WINTON HILLS, Ohio (WKRC) - There was a large police presence in a Winton Hills neighborhood Monday. Police were called to Winneste Avenue near Gardenhill. SWAT officers are also on scene. Police have not said what brought them to the area.
