PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Three people were taken into custody after shots were fired at a Phoenix police helicopter during a response overnight. Phoenix Police responded to a report of shots fired near 36th Street and Van Buren Street just before 1:30 a.m., and a helicopter team was called in to assist.
