Rainy start to April breaks precipitation record for entire month

(WLUK) -- We're just 14 days into April, but this rainy month is already one for the record books in Northeast Wisconsin. As of Tuesday morning, the National Weather Service has recorded 6.71 inches of precipitation so far this month at its Ashwaubenon office. That sets a new April precipitation record, breaking a 97-year-old record of 6.47 inches.
