Suspects arrested in Trinity River illegal dumping scheme
Dallas Police have arrested 59-year-old Kyle Boyd and charged him with three counts of illegal dumping related to a large landfill buildup on the bank of the Trinity River. The City of Dallas had known about the illegal dumping for over two years, and began a formal investigation in Dec. 2025, according to an arrest affidavit.
