A Minnesota woman was arrested Saturday after she allegedly assaulted a Minnesota man in Waukee. Kelly Monson, 41, of 5542 Toledo Ave., Crystal, Minnesota, was charged with first-offense domestic abuse assault-bodily injury or mental illness and violation of a no-contact order.
