San Jose Cops Nab Pair Outside ‘Nuisance’ Business, Seize Gun In Parole Search
San Jose police say yesterday's patrol near a so-called nuisance business ended with two people detained and a gun seized from a nearby home, after officers discovered one person had an active warrant and the other was on parole for a prior home invasion case. Both were booked into Santa Clara County Jail on various firearm-related charges, according to the department.
