POOLER, Ga. (WTOC) - Pooler Fire-Rescue will deploy two firefighters daily along with Brush 601 to a wildfire in Brantley County starting at 6 a.m. Thursday. Personnel will rotate in 12-hour blocks as needed. The deployment is part of a statewide effort to assist south Georgia communities affected by wildfires.
