The man charged with killing his girlfriend and son in Syracuse in 2025 was sentenced to 40 years to life in prison Friday. David Huff pleaded guilty in April to two counts of second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Yeraldith Tschudy, 32, and his son, Jeremiah, 11, at a home on Roney Road on March 18, 2025.
