TOLEDO, Ohio — An adult was taken to the hospital and an investigation is underway after a fire Sunday morning in central Toledo. The fire started in the 2500 block of Gasser Street, near Monroe Street, around 7:20 a.m. Sunday. The home was described by Toledo Fire & Rescue Department as a side-by-side twinplex, with one side vacant and the other occupied.
