Iowans near Central City will have a new restaurant option this summer! A new pizza joint called The Main Slice is headed to Main Street in the coming weeks.
The Main Slice
The Main Slice was first announced back on February 22nd on the restaurant’s new Facebook page. According to that initial post, the restaurant will be located at 429 E Main St in Central City, the former home of Simply Homemade, which is right next to Parlor on Main.
The Main Slice will not be a dine-in restaurant. It will be carryout only, with no seating options available inside. However, there will be some picnic tables outside that are available to customers. It’s important to note that, even though The Main Slice and Parlor on Main are next door to each other and owned by the same people, the two restaurants are completely separate businesses and will have different hours…
