Home sale prices in Chandler last month basically remained unchanged from a year earlier, but plummeted in Sun Lakes, according to data from Phoenix Realtors.
In Chandler, 246 homes were sold in March with the $550,000 median price less that 2% below the March 2025 median and the average price of $648,045 coming in at a year-over-year increase of 1.8%.
Sun Lakes was a different story, as the 62 homes sold last month at median price of $450,000 – 1 17.1% year-over-year drop – while the $476,656 average price was 14.6% lower than March 2025…
