JOHNS ISLAND, S.C. (WCSC) — Drivers traveling between Johns Island and West Ashley will see a new interchange on Highway 17 by the end of this year.
The interchange is a portion of a three-mile construction project that started earlier this year. It will feature four ramps, with two leaving Johns Island and two entering.
