NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A man was arrested in connection with a shooting that left one man hospitalized.
Joseph Hamilton, 26, is charged with discharging a firearm within city limits, according to jail records.
The shooting occurred near the intersection of Accabee Road and Madden Drive within the Dorchester Terrace community.
