eXcess boXes: Lady-led sketch comedy

After a cool six-year hiatus, Charleston’s favorite lady-led sketch comedy show has finally returned. eXcess boXes is a fast-paced, character-driven, all-women cast show that’s really just an excuse to do epic giveaways. Each show, the group partners with local makers to give the audience a taste of what Charleston artists are capable of.

May 16. 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. $20/ticket. Silver Hill Studio. 4268 Spruill Ave. North Charleston. namelessnumberhead.com/excessboxes
