Black-owned EVO Kitchen & Co. set to open in Steele Creek

A new Black-owned dining concept is preparing to debut in Charlotte’s Steele Creek corridor, aiming to carve out space in the city’s competitive restaurant market with a menu rooted in Southern cooking and shaped by global influences.

EVO Kitchen & Co. is slated to open Aug. 1, according to their website, at 5220 New Fashion Way, Suite 400, near Charlotte Premium Outlets. The opening was announced in a press release on Wednesday, July 15.
