Chattanooga councilman proposes 911 dispatcher pay hike, $250,000 legacy fund for WTCI

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Chattanooga City Councilman Chip Henderson says he has several projects in the works, including a push to increase pay rates for 911 dispatchers and create a legacy fund for the local PBS station.

This comes as dispatchers ask for raises that were left out of this year’s budget.
