CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — A 37-year-old Chattanooga man has been arrested and charged in connection with a homicide at a residence on Manor Road, according to police.
The Chattanooga Police Department says officers responded at 3:32 p.m. on July 16th to a call about a dead man in the 3900 block of Manor Road.
