CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Chattanooga Salvation Army welcomes back their newest Area Commander, Captain Johnny Horton.
Capt. Horton and his wife Monica take Major Douglas and Storm McClure’s previous positions as Chattanooga Area Commanders.
While coming from Bowling Green, Ky, this is not the first time Horton has been to Chattanooga. He and his wife return to the Scenic City after being prevoiously stationed here as Lieutenants over 10 years ago…
