CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Military Highway is closed following a disabled train blocking the roadway Monday morning, according to Chesapeake Roads.
The closure is between Shell Road and Canal Drive. Police are directing traffic.
There is currently no ETA for reopening.
