NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Three people were displaced following an overnight apartment fire on Chesapeake Boulevard, according to Norfolk Fire-Rescue.
Crews responded to an apartment fire in the 6200 block of Chesapeake Boulevard at approximately 12:25 a.m. on Aug. 20.
