PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Breeze Barker is getting “Better With Time.”
Ahead of his performance at Wave Fest, the Portsmouth-bred rapper released his album, “Better With Time” on Aug. 28. He shared the project’s title applied to his progression as a hip-hop artist, whether it’s his lyricism, delivery or discernment in his beat selection.
