VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Ashes from a fire pit sparked a fire that burned a shed and fences on Pinebrook Drive in Virginia Beach on Monday afternoon.
The fire in the 600 block of Pinebrook Drive was reported just before 4 p.m., according to the Virginia Beach Fire Department. The street is in a neighborhood between South Independence Boulevard and Princess Anne Road.
