NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Norfolk Fire and Rescue responded to a two-alarm fire in the 1100 block Redgate Avenue in the West Ghent neighborhood Thursday afternoon.
WAVY first heard about the fire around 4:15 p.m.
