TODD COUNTY, Ky. (WBKO) – One man was injured Wednesday morning after a van he was in hydroplaned and ran off the road. Police responded to Goshen Road around 5:30 a.m. where deputies discovered a van traveling south hydroplaned and ran off the road and overturned into a ditch filled with water.
