Local grand jury issues indictments for endangerment, assault crimes

A Christian County Grand Jury issued indictments for wanton endangerment, assault and burglary crimes on Friday.

Fifty-nine-year-old Michael Sisk of Dawson Springs was indicted for first-degree wanton endangerment and third-degree terroristic threatening after he reportedly shot a firearm during an altercation in Dawson Springs on March 2.

Twenty-eight-year-old Jevartaye Thomas of Hopkinsville was indicted for a slew of charges after law enforcement reportedly found an AR-style rifle and marijuana in a home where children were living on February 24. He was indicted for trafficking in marijuana, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, excessive window tinting and other minor offenses…
