PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A man was charged with stealing mail, including a Pinellas County woman’s mail-in voting ballot.
Eleanor Rouse told 8 On Your Side she put her ballot for the August primary into her mailbox early last month, only to later learn it had been stolen.
