One person arrested for driving the wrong way on I-90 in Ohio

OHIO — A 20-year-old Lorain man was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated after police said he drove the wrong way on Interstate 90 in Westlake early Monday morning.

According to the Westlake Police Department, officers received several calls just after midnight reporting a black Hyundai SUV traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of I-90 near Columbia Road.

Police began searching for the vehicle and later found the SUV disabled and facing the wrong direction near Cahoon Road after it struck a guardrail…
