A taste of Thailand at Nakhon Luang Thai Kitchen

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Nakhon Luang Thai Kitchen opened in January 2026 and has quickly become known for its friendly service and bold Thai flavors.

Located at 805 Village Center Drive in Colorado Springs, the restaurant is co-owned by John Taylor, Sam Souvannakhom and Toui Phommalath. The owners brought a taste of Thailand & Laos to the FOX21 News studio for hosts Krista Witiak and Justin Antweil.

“We are proud of our culture and heritage and wanted to bring a glimpse of that to Colorado Springs,” said Taylor. “Everything is made in-house. Our best sellers are our Roasted Duck Drunken Noodles, Crispy Chicken Basil, and Nakhon Luang Signature Pad Thai.”

Nakhon Luang offers gluten-free options and holds a liquor license. The restaurant also provides catering, which has become popular for corporate events, family gatherings, and other special occasions.
