Caledonia Golf & Fish Club, True Blue Golf Club ranked among South Carolina’s best public courses by Golfweek
PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. — Caledonia Golf & Fish Club and True Blue Golf Club, two of the nation’s most celebrated public layouts, have once again been recognized among South Carolina’s premier layouts in Golfweek’s annual ranking of the Best Public-Access Courses in each state.
The honor reinforces the standing of the adjacent Pawleys Island courses at the top of the Hammock Coast and Myrtle Beach golf markets. Designed by the late Mike Strantz, Caledonia was ranked No. 4, sandwiched between Broomsedge and the Dunes Golf & Beach Club, two membership-based courses that offer limited public play, and True Blue was No. 6.
