COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – A driver has died following a crash in Richland County on Tuesday.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP), at 6:33 p.m., a 2006 Chevrolet van travelling west on Garners Ferry Road at Louis Leconte Road left the road and struck a ditch.
